This is an in-house competition for CrossFit Synergistics members only. This is a team event (male/male & female/female) with RX and scaled divisions. CFS coaches will be assigning teams. Register by 10/22/19 and on 10/26/19 we will announce the teams. RX athletes will be paired together and scaled athletes will be paired together. Please enter your division and shirt size.

We cannot guarantee a shirt/tank for registrations after 10/22/19.
