This is an in-house competition for CrossFit Synergistics members only. This is a team event (male/male & female/female) with RX and scaled divisions. CFS coaches will be assigning teams. Register by 10/31/17 and on 11/4/17 we will announce the teams. RX athletes will be paired together and scaled athletes will be paired together. Please enter your division and shirt size.
