This is an in-house competition for CrossFit Synergistics members only. This is a team event (male/male & female/female) with RX and scaled divisions. CFS coaches will be assigning teams. Register by 10/8/16 and and on 10/9/16 we will release the teams. RX athletes will be paired together and scaled athletes will be paired together.
